Sustainalytics ESG Risk rating
Intrum has been awarded an ESG Risk Rating of 14.7, categorised as Low Risk, by Sustainalytics, a Morningstar company.
This rating evaluates the company’s exposure to material ESG risks and its ability to manage those risks effectively. Sustainalytics’ methodology assesses companies across a range of environmental, social, and governance factors, providing an independent measure of sustainability performance.
Sustainalytics: Risk Rating scale - Negligible (0–10), Low (10–20), Medium (20–30), High (30–40), Severe (40+).
Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP)
Intrum received a "B" rating from the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) in 2023, reflecting strong performance in managing climate-related risks and opportunities and commitment to environmental transparency and leadership.
This score places Intrum above the sector average, highlighting its proactive approach to environmental management and disclosure.

Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI)
Intrum holds an "AA" ESG rating, indicating a strong performance in managing financially relevant ESG risks and opportunities compared to its peers. This rating, which Intrum has maintained since 2019, is based on a scale from AAA (leader) to CCC, measuring companies' relative effectiveness in handling key ESG challenges and capitalizing on ESG opportunities.
