Johan Brodin is currently Chief Risk Officer (CRO) at SBAB Bank. SBAB Bank has around 400 employees and is owned by the Swedish Government. The banks outstanding debt portfolio amounts to approximately SEK 250 billion. Johan Brodin has previously held different positions within risk control at Handelsbanken, as well as Management consultant within financial services at KPMG and Oliver Wyman.

”As our investment operation is developing the need to strengthen the risk control function has increased. Going forward, our ambition is to develop services and offerings earlier in the credit management chain both within the service and investment area, which means that we need the competence that Johan holds. I am very glad to welcome Johan to Intrum Justitia and our Group Management Team, says Lars Wollung, President and CEO of Intrum Justitia.

Johan Brodin enters his position as Chief Risk Officer at Intrum Justitia during the first quarter of 2012.

“Intrum Justitia is an interesting company that has great opportunities to develop and strengthen its position as a market leader in the credit management industry. The strategic journey towards a strong offering all through the credit management chain create good opportunities for increased growth but it also increases the demands on a strong credit control function. I look forward to continue the development of this function together with my new colleagues at Intrum Justitia”, says Johan Brodin.
