Noteholders that wish to support the Recapitalisation Transaction and receive the Consent Fees are invited to accede to the Lock-up Agreement by accessing the documents here:

Eligible noteholders can accede to the Lock-up Agreement by following these instructions:
- Go to the information agent’s website: https://deals.is.kroll.com/intrum
- Read and submit your response to the information agent’s disclaimer by clicking "I agree"
- To review the Lock-up Agreement, click on the link “Intrum AB - Lock-up Agreement dated 10 July 2024.pdf”
- To complete your accession letter to the Lock-up Agreement, click on the link "here"
- Complete the required fields in the accession letter and confidential annexure and upload your proof of holdings
- Click “Submit”
