The data requested from the candidate / applicant through this form will be processed by Intrum in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 679/2016, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), for process management selection of personnel. The legal basis that legitimizes this data processing is your consent, to participate in the selection of candidates that fit the professional profile of the position offered, as well as the verification of the candidate's professional conditions. The candidate can oppose the processing of the data at any time, but such opposition entails the exclusion of the candidate from the selection process as the data cannot be processed.

Your data will be processed until the end of the planned selection process, as well as for future processes for a maximum period of 2 years, which may be extended on the basis of the extension of the authorization for processing granted by the candidate.

Your data may be communicated to the other entities that make up the GROUP for the purpose of participating in selection processes. The legal basis that legitimizes this transfer is the legitimate interest of the GROUP for the corporate management of human resources and personnel selection processes.

Your data will be processed by Intrum, in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 679/2016, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), for the purpose of managing the hiring and future employment relationship, it will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it have been collected and to determine the possible responsibilities that may arise. At any time you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of treatment and portability through postal mail to  ( Country address ), providing a copy of your ID or equivalent document. If you consider your right to data protection injured, you may file a claim with the Country Data Protection Agency www.aepd.es, or with the Data Protection Delegate dpo.es@intrum.com.
