About GMT & ExCo

The President of Intrum AB, who is also CEO, is appointed by the Board and is ultimately responsible for the management of the day-to-day business of Intrum in accordance with applicable laws and regulations as well as with the policies, instructions, goals and strategic plans determined by the Board. 

In order to assist the CEO in performing his over-all responsibilities and to make sure that the Business Lines and Functional areas are managed in a professional way, the CEO has established Group Management Team (GMT). GMT is an advisory function to the CEO. The GMT members can be found here
 
In order to further assist the CEO in his decision making, the CEO has also established a smaller Executive Committee (ExCo) whereof all are also members of GMT. ExCo is an advisory function to the CEO to be consulted for more prompt decisions and consists, in addition to the CEO, of the following executive roles:  

  • Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
  • Chief Operating Officer (COO)
  • Chief Investment Officer (CIO)
  • Chief Risk Officer (CRO)
  • Managing Director Global Head of Servicing (MD Global Servicing)
  • Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
  • Chief Legal Officer (CLO)

The CEO leads the work in the Group Management Team (GMT) as well as in the Executive Committee (ExCo).
