To facilitate the vote at the plan meeting as part of the Swedish reorganisation process, Intrum AB (“Intrum” or the “Company”) will instruct Euroclear Sweden and Nasdaq Stockholm to block trading of its medium term notes maturing on (a) 3 July 2025 with loan number 114 (ISIN: SE0013105525), (b) 3 July 2025 with loan number 115 (ISIN: SE0013105533), (c) 12 September 2025 with loan number 111 (ISIN: SE0013104080) and (d) 9 September 2026 with loan number 113 (ISIN: SE0013360435) (jointly referred to as the “MTNs”) with effect from 10 March 2025.
Unless given a different meaning in this press release, terms defined in the press releases from July 2024 to January 2025 have the same meaning when used herein.
The blocking of trading is a procedural action and one of the administrative steps Intrum will take as part of the recapitalisation process. It follows the Company’s announcement on 8 January 2025, regarding its entry into a formal Swedish company reorganisation. The trading block is being implemented to ensure an orderly process for MTN-holders to participate in the upcoming vote on the reorganisation plan as part of the Swedish reorganisation process and is intended to help verify that those voting at the plan meeting are the beneficial owners and/or holders of the ultimate economic interest of the MTNs.
The trading block will take effect on 10 March 2025 and will remain in place until the district court confirms the conclusion of the plan meeting. Consequently, no transactions involving the MTNs will be settled in Euroclear Sweden after 10 March 2025. The final trading day for the MTNs on Nasdaq Stockholm before the block takes effect will be 5 March 2025. The trading block applies only to the MTNs. Please note that Nasdaq Stockholm and Euroclear Sweden require one (1) day’s notice to lift the trading block.
Further details, including the reorganisation plan and voting instructions, will be published in due course.
