2017: Merger Intrum Justitia & Lindorff
Intrum Justitia (founded 1923 in Sweden) and Lindorff (founded 1898 in Norway) merged to create today’s industry leading Intrum
2018: Intesa Sanpaolo, Italy
Intrum and Intesa Sanpaolo partnered to create a market leading servicer of non-performing loans (NPLs) in Italy.
2018: Solvia
Intrum Spain acquired Solvia Servicios Inmobiliaros, one of Spain’s leading real estate service providers, with assets under management including residential mortgages, corporate and SME loans, commercial real estate, secured and unsecured receivables and Real Estate Owned (REOs) portfolios.
2019: Pireus Bank, Greece
Intrum acquired Pireus Bank’s Recovery Management Services platform and also partnered up with the Greek-based bank for its Non-Performing Exposures
